This temporary role requires a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and experience in general medical or surgical nursing. You will lead care for patients with complex needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care in Nephrology and Renal Transplant
• Collaborate with an inter-professional team for comprehensive treatment
• Assess health needs and develop individualized care plans
• Support training and education for patients and families
• Manage central lines and ensure adherence to ethical standards
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Previous medical/surgical nursing experience
