Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care in school environments
• Develop individual client care plans for students
• Instruct families on health management strategies
• Maintain exemplary nursing standards of practice
• Cover community locations across Hamilton and Burlington
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably community-focused
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License
• Comfortable traveling in all weather conditions
