Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care tailored to individual needs
• Teach and delegate nursing functions as necessary

Requirements:
• RN credential from an accredited program
• Good standing registration with CNO
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Access to reliable vehicle and valid G2 or G Driver's License
• Commitment to travel within the community
