In this role, you will conduct clinics and manage a primary health care program. As a leader within your team, you'll be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment coordination for clients of all ages. Your administrative skills will assist in supervising staff and maintaining high standards of care and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead primary care clinics with patient assessments
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans
• Dispense medications based on clinical guidelines
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
• Manage medical follow-ups and referrals
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program
• Licensed with CRNNL and current CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Acute Care
• Class V Driver’s license required
• Preference given to candidates fluent in Innu-aimun
