Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations of nursing teams
• Participate in after hours on-call duties
• Investigate and report customer complaints
• Provide mentoring and performance reviews for staff
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with CNO
• 2 years of experience in supervisory roles
• Valid Ontario driver's license for community travel
• Strong rapport-building skills with clients
• Self-motivated and a team contributor
