In this full-time position, you will be a key contributor in the Medical Bariatrics Clinic, utilizing your advanced nursing skills to support patients with obesity. Your experience in critical thinking and clinical assessments will guide effective treatment plans in collaboration with an inter-professional team. You will address both surgical and medical interventions with expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide patients through obesity treatment pathways
• Handle post-operative care and complications
• Perform physical examinations and health assessments
• Prescribe and manage necessary pharmacotherapy
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
Requirements:
• Registered in the Extended Class with CNO
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Master’s level NP qualification in specialized care
• Familiarity with chronic disease management principles
• BCLS Certification and proven Professional Memberships
