This temporary position reports to the Manager of Nursing Education, emphasizing client-centered care within the Mental Health and Addictions Program. You will assess learning needs, design programs, and evaluate educational outcomes while fostering collaboration with various stakeholders. This role requires a passion for enhancing nursing practices through innovative education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify learning needs for clinical program goals
• Coordinate and evaluate nursing educational programs
• Collaborate with staff to develop education/training solutions
• Promote a welcoming environment for all learners
• Support excellence through practice education and project management
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required
• Expertise in psychiatric mental health nursing
• Strong background in adult education principles
• Excellent communication and project-management skills
