Enhance patient care eph's Healthcare Hamilton as a part-time Registered Nurse. Deliver evidence-informed care within the Dialysis Centre at King Campus, focusing on high-acuity needs.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centred care while collaborating with an inter-professional team eph's. This role emphasizes compassion in treating renal patients and those with complex health conditions. Candidates with expertise in Hemodialysis will have an added advantage in this position, which demands strong teamwork and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-informed nursing care to patients
• Collaborate with teams to develop treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments and promote independence
• Educate patients regarding health and treatment options
• Model professional standards and guidelines throughout care
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of two years medical/surgical nursing experience
• Experience with renal patients preferred
