As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, including those with high acuity needs.
Your role involves collaboration with an inter-professional team and leadership in delivering treatment plans. Emphasizing evidence-based practice, you will work flexible shifts that cover days, evenings, nights, and on-call hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care in the Dialysis Unit
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement treatment plans
• Assess patient health needs and respond appropriately
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and conditions
• Maintain compliance with College of Nurses of Ontario standards
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
• Critical Care Hemodialysis or Nephrology certification is an asset
• Current BCLS/HCP certification required
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
