Bayshore is seeking qualified Registered Nurses for future Overnight Homecare Nurse positions across Greater Hamilton. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential for visiting clients in their homes. Responsibilities involve direct patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of children with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer pediatric care and tracheostomy support
• Conduct enteral feeding via tube systems
• Undertake palliative and wound care procedures
• Manage chronic disease care and healthcare education
• Assist families with diabetes management
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active registration with the CNO required
• 1-2 years of community nursing experience preferred
• G2 or G driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to travel across Hamilton in various weather conditions
