Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care in both routine and emergency situations

• Monitor patient outcomes and follow up on lab results

• Manage immunization programs and outreach

• Train others in health practices and infection control

Requirements:

• RPN diploma or

B.Sc.N. Degree necessary

• At least 2 years of nursing experience

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Proficiency in MS Office and database applications

• Strong communication skills for diverse populations
