Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care in a dialysis setting

• Collaborate with an inter-professional healthcare team

• Educate patients to promote health and independence

• Assess and evaluate patient treatment plans regularly

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years of medical/surgical nursing experience

• Competence in hemodialysis preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proven organizational and leadership abilities
