Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and medication management

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for client care
Requirements:
• RN with valid provincial registration in good standing
• 2-5 years of relevant nursing experience
• Experience with disease management therapies is preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation
• Willingness to travel in various weather conditions
