Registered Nurse in Admission Avoidance

The RN will be part of the Admission Avoidance team, responsible for promoting optimal patient outcomes and ensuring family involvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care across various scenarios

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Strong clinical assessment skills required

• Certification in BCLS/HCP essential

• Experience with geriatric patients preferred

• Proficiency in computer literacy necessary
