Enhance patient education as a Chronic Care Nurse Educator with IQVIA. This role allows you to engage patients through educational initiatives focused on chronic condition management.
In this position, you will support individuals in understanding their treatments and connecting with valuable resources. A Bachelor’s degree along with an active RN license and at least 5 years of clinical experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal and time management skills will be vital as you work independently across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate access to educational resources for patients
• Educate on specific medications and disease states
• Support diverse therapeutic areas as needed
• Drive behavioral changes through education
• Strengthen patient-provider communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or BSN preferred
• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of clinical healthcare experience
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish a plus
• Capable of independent work and travel
