- Minimum 18mois d'expérience en CHSLD (REQUIS)

Principales responsabilités
- Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers au CHSLD
- Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer la continuité des soins
- Participer à l'enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme
