Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents' vital signs and report conditions
• Ensure daily documentation and assess residents continually
Requirements:
• RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Knowledge of medication administration standards
• Effective communication skills in healthcare settings
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems
