Registered Nurse for Dialysis Centre

Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse eph’s Health System's Dialysis Centre in Stoney Creek. Provide critical support to renal patients while collaborating with an inter-professional team.

This part-time role requires a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a strong background in medical/surgical nursing. You will apply expertise in hemodialysis and communicate effectively to promote patient independence through education. Candidates with experience in renal care and relevant certifications will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centred, evidence-informed care

• Collaborate with an inter-professional health care team

• Assist patients with complex needs and high acuity

• Promote health via supportive patient education

• Assess and monitor treatment plans for optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience with renal patients and hemodialysis

• Two years of medical/surgical nursing experience

• Completion of continuing education in physical assessment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
