Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with MD, DOC, and care teams

• Assess and diagnose resident health conditions

• Advocate for residents and engage families

• Lead clinical leadership initiatives for LTC team

• Analyze trends in resident care quality

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of clinical experience in geriatric care

• Current RN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations is an asset

• Advanced certifications like palliative care preferred

• Leadership experience is beneficial
