Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled Peritoneal Dialysis care to patients

• Conduct clinical assessments and promote patient education

• Document patient progress thoroughly in Procura

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers

• Assist in training new staff and supporting peers

Requirements:

• Must be registered with CNO and maintain good standing

• Previous Home and Community Care experience preferred

• Must possess a valid driver's license and car

• BCLS certification (Level

C) required

• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check and TB test needed
