Position: Hamilton Care Supervisor (RPN/RN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of direct care providers

• Develop comprehensive and personalized care plans

• Evaluate and manage patient and staff safety

• Address and resolve client care issues promptly

• Ensure adherence to internal and external care standards

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 2 years of experience in supervisory or home health roles

• Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call duties

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
