Empower residential care as a Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse laborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster holistic health, grounded in dignity and hope.
As an RPN with Indwell, you will assist in delivering healthcare services that incorporate physical, mental, and emotional wellness for our residents. Working closely with a supportive team, your role will focus on creating a positive environment while promoting person-centered and evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care and maintain health records
• Collaborate with community nursing and medical supports
• Educate residents on health, mental health, and addictions
• Monitor the effectiveness of support plans through regular visits
• Participate actively in team and community meetings
Requirements:
• Approved Registered Practical Nursing program completion
• Registered with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in community nursing beneficial
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in practice
