In this role, you will join a committed team at Amica, known for promoting best practices in senior living. Work closely with residents to foster relationships that enhance their overall well-being, while taking responsibility for comprehensive nursing assessments. Flexibility in picking shifts is essential to meet the needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor health conditions of residents
• Collaborate on wellness strategies tailored to individuals
• Provide direct patient care with a compassionate approach
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families
• Participate in team meetings to contribute feedback
Requirements:
• Completed Practical Nursing program from an accredited institution
• Registered and in good standing with Ontario’s College of Nurses
• Up-to-date CPR certification
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Availability for weekday and weekend night shifts
