You are expected to work collaboratively with health system partners and lead nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and physician orders

• Monitor and assess patient care and progress

• Supervise nursing team members and provide necessary education

• Conduct staff performance evaluations and manage issues

• Lead nursing department in absence of Director of Care

Requirements:

• Certificate from an approved nursing institution

• Eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse

• Proven experience in community and long-term care

• Ability to collaborate and prioritize effectively

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
