Bayshore Visiting Registered Nurse Position

Become a vital member of Bayshore Health Care's nursing team as a Visiting Registered Nurse in Hamilton. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized care in clients' homes throughout the community.

Bayshore Health Care is seeking passionate and skilled Visiting Registered Nurses to enhance client independence and well-being in Hamilton and Burlington. In this casual role, you will provide a range of nursing services, including medication administration, wound care, and health education. You'll also enjoy flexible schedules designed to maximize your care time and minimize travel commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments and create personalized care plans

• Administer medications and deliver clinical interventions

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care

• Educate clients and caregivers on health management

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (RN)

• Current registration with CNO

• 2-5 years of recent nursing experience

• Valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Willingness to travel in various weather conditions
