Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and intervene in complex mental health cases

• Train in Gentle Persuasive Approach for patient safety
Requirements:
• Must have a valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least one year experience in mental health nursing
• Certification in Crisis Prevention Training needed
• Proficient in documentation standards and privacy legislation
• Strong crisis intervention and leadership skills required
