As part of Bayshore's dedicated healthcare team, you'll provide important overnight nursing services. Your responsibilities will include supporting pediatric patients with tracheostomy care, managing enteral nutrition, and educating families on chronic disease management. This position offers flexibility with no on-call obligations, tailored to your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer enteral nutrition and manage patient tracheostomies
• Conduct wound care and palliative support for clients
• Offer educational resources on diabetes management
• Assist families in navigating healthcare needs
• Foster trusting relationships between clients and caregivers
Requirements:
• Active registration as an RN with provincial body
• Prior nursing experience in a community setting preferred
• Valid G2 or G driver's license mandatory
• Familiarity with pediatric care is an asset
• Willingness to travel within the Hamilton area
