Urgent Care Registered Practical Nurse Position

As an RPN 's, you will provide nursing care primarily for patients with predictable outcomes. This role involves teamwork with Registered Nurses for complex health issues and the implementation of patient care plans. Delivering sensitive and effective care to a diverse patient population is at the heart of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for stable patients with predictable health outcomes

• Collaborate with RNs for complex patient needs

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families

• Administer medications safely and accurately

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Current registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses

• Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in an acute care setting

• Proficient communication and prioritization skills
