Bayshore Health Care is searching for dedicated Visiting Registered Nurses committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients in the Hamilton and Burlington areas. This casual position allows you to exercise your nursing skills while enjoying the autonomy to create personalized care plans. You will engage closely with clients and families, providing essential clinical services and education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Perform wound care and administer IV therapies
• Monitor and report patient progress effectively
• Educate clients on health maintenance and medication adherence
• Document care accurately in electronic health records
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing degree (RN) required
• Current provincial registration with CNO
• 2-5 years experience in nursing environments
• Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel across Hamilton and Burlington
