Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients

• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications accordingly

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care

• Educate patients on pain management and lifestyle changes

• Address mental health needs and support patients emotionally

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license mandatory

• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• One year of clinical experience in relevant settings

• Preferred knowledge in chronic disease and pain management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
