In this full-time role, you will be part of a dedicated team that sees over 50,000 patients annually. Your responsibilities will include providing nursing care for less complex cases, collaborating with Registered Nurses, and maintaining optimal patient functioning. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care as aligned with established standards
• Foster relationships to support patients and families
• Assess and monitor patient health statuses
• Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives for nursing practices
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Practical Nursing Diploma and IV certification
• Experience in acute medical/surgical settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ongoing commitment to learning and quality improvement
