Position: Part-Time RPN Role Care Centre
Step into a rewarding role as a Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse at Arbour Creek Care Centre in Hamilton, Ontario. You'll be vital in providing compassionate, resident-focused care.

This position reports to the Director of Care, where your primary responsibilities include developing care plans, supervising PSWs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. You will engage with both residents and their families to address concerns and promote a culture of kindness within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and adjust care based on health changes

• Maintain records of nursing observations

• Conduct unit rounds and ensure care standards

• Direct the work of PSWs and monitor performance

• Participate in resident care conferences

Requirements:

• Valid RPN certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in long-term care an asset

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability

• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards

• Clear vulnerable sector screening required
