Position: End-of-Life Care Nurse at Bayshore
Join Bayshore as a Palliative Shift Nurse in Hamilton, where you will directly impact clients' lives through compassionate, patient-centered care delivered in home settings.

This role focuses on providing holistic end-of-life care tailored to individual needs, while being supported by a strong nursing team. You will have the freedom to pursue hands-on client time, managing complex care requirements and ensuring dignity and comfort during their final journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, compassionate end-of-life nursing care

• Assist families with respite and health teaching

• Manage care for clients needing trach or ventilator support

• Educate and delegate care tasks proficiently

• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practices

Requirements:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 1-2 years recent nursing experience in a community setting

• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License required

• Additional palliative certifications are an asset
