As a key member of Age Care, you will provide professional nursing care to residents, directing Personal Support Workers and ensuring adherence to care standards.
Your role involves collaborating with registered nurses, liaising with healthcare professionals, and participating in shift reports to enhance patient care. Your expertise in geriatric nursing and understanding of relevant regulations will contribute to a vibrant and caring community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care aligned with professional standards
• Direct Personal Support Workers on care delivery

• Notify physicians of significant resident changes
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
