Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Registered Nurse with resident care implementation
• Engage with physicians and health partners for comprehensive care
• Report any significant changes in residents’ health
• Mentor Personal Support Workers in care practices
• Partake in communications during shift reports
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and health acts
• Experience in rehabilitation or geriatric nursing
• Proficient communication and mentorship skills
• Commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life
