Position: Pediatric RN Shift Nursing Role
Join Para Med as a Pediatric RN and provide compassionate care in the community. This full-time position prioritizes palliative care needs for children of all ages while fostering strong patient relationships.

As a Registered Nurse in this Pediatric Shift Nursing role, you will visit diverse patient settings, focusing on delivering individualized care. Your ability to assess needs, engage effectively, and maintain professional records is paramount for ensuring patient comfort erience with children is essential, and you will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ individual care needs using appropriate tools

• Execute and monitor tailored care plans continuously

• Build rapport with patients through a collaborative approach

• Maintain and update patient records after encounters

• Provide on-call coverage to meet patient care needs

Requirements:

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Reliability and flexibility in patient visits

• Experience in community care is an asset

• Willingness to travel within designated areas
