Position: Compassionate Registered Practical Nurse at TRUE CARE
Join TRUE CARE as a Registered Practical Nurse, where you will play a vital role in caring for fertility patients with empathy and professionalism. This position involves implementing medication protocols and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will directly engage with fertility patients to execute medication plans developed by the Medical Director. Your responsibilities will include communicating effectively between patients and physicians and providing educational support throughout IVF, FET, and IUI cycles. You will maintain patient confidentiality and manage medical inventories for optimal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with fertility patients to implement medication protocols

• Facilitate communication between patients and physicians

• Maintain inventory records for prescription medications

• Schedule procedures and assist with intrauterine inseminations

• Provide patient education during treatment cycles

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BCLS certification preferred

• 2-3 years of medical/surgical experience

• Experience in women's healthcare preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills
