This Registered Nurse role at Age Care involves collaborating closely with the Director of Care to ensure the highest standards of resident care. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and experienced knowledge in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing. You'll play a vital role in promoting teamwork and respecting the rights and diversity of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective coordination of nursing care services
• Lead daily reports amongst healthcare team members
• Record and document significant changes in resident conditions
• Review and expedite physician orders in compliance with protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations
• Registration with the provincial nursing registry
• Background in geriatric care or rehabilitation
