Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care and assess client health needs

• Collaborate with RNs to ensure seamless patient care

• Carry out IV medication administration as necessary

• Support health promotion and rehabilitation activities

• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent education

• Current BCLS/HCP certification required

• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
