Position: Full-Time Pediatric RN Care Specialist
Become a Pediatric RN Care Specialist with Para Med, contributing to vital palliative care for children in their homes. This full-time role emphasizes autonomy and meaningful patient relationships.

As a Pediatric Shift RN, you will be responsible for visiting patients with varied care needs, focusing on enhancing their comfort and well-being.

Your role involves conducting detailed assessments, executing care plans, and engaging families in a collaborative approach to healthcare.

Experience with children is crucial, as you help them thrive in their home environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address individualized pediatric care needs

• Implement and monitor effective care plans

• Build rapport through effective patient engagement

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records

• Provide after-hours on-call care when needed

Requirements:

• CNO Registration as a fully qualified Registered Nurse

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Reliability in scheduling and patient visits

• Community care experience considered an asset

• Willingness to travel within a designated region
