Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and deliver patient-centered dialysis care
• Work within a collaborative health care team
• Educate patients and support their health journey
• Lead care initiatives for high-acuity patients
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and practices
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in hemodialysis and renal care a plus
• Two years' medical/surgical nursing experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proven leadership capabilities
