Deliver evidence-based client care as an Overnight Registered Nurse with SE Health, supported by flexible scheduling and a collaborative team. Current nursing competence and CPR certification are essential.
SE Health seeks an Overnight Registered Nurse to assess clients, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes. You will implement care based on best practices and individual needs. The position includes collaboration with care teams and community services during transitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete comprehensive assessments for individual clients
- Develop care plans based on unique client needs
- Implement and evaluate evidence-based care
- Lead care as the primary provider when designated
- Connect clients with community support services
- Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Availability for days, evenings, nights, and alternating weekends
- Current CPR certificate
- Updated immunization and required background checks
- Willingness to attain required SE Health certifications
