This is a hands‑on role where your leadership matters - you’ll guide your team, ensure work is done right, and represent Oakridge’s commitment to quality on every site.

• Leading and managing a crew of 3-5 on daily lawn and landscape maintenance tasks.
• Performing hands‑on work: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, edging, and general clean‑up.
• Safely operating and driving company truck/trailer setups to transport equipment.
• Keeping your sites clean, safe, and on schedule.
• Communicating with clients and supervisors to ensure work meets expectations.
• Motivating your team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly.

• Valid G Class Driver’s License and clean abstract.
• 5+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or foreperson role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and job sites.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.
