Student Seasonal Farm & Yard Assistant

Hamilton, Ontario

$19 per hour

40 hours per week

Late April to end of August (approximately 18 weeks)

• Assist with daily greenhouse operations and yard maintenance tasks, including planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting (if applicable).
• Support property landscape projects such as trimming, mowing, and general upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of seasonal projects.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work with a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical, repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Previous landscaping, farming, or related outdoor work experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
