Fusion Pharmaceuticals, a part of AstraZeneca, is seeking a skilled Analytical Chemist. You will lead laboratory investigations, implement corrective actions, and conduct technical reviews of analytical methods. This role requires a strong foundation in chemistry to meet production schedules and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate new analytical methods with minimal oversight

• Create and maintain test methods and change-control proposals

• Conduct retrospective testing of drug products and materials

• Perform technical reviews of lab documentation

• Lead investigations into testing failures and non-conformances

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment

• Familiarity with HPLC, GC, and radiopharmaceutical analysis

• Proficiency with data processing tools like Empower and Mass Hunter

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
