As a Quality Control Coordinator at Actlabs, your role is critical in verifying analytical standards and managing client communications. Required qualifications include a degree in Geology and a background in commercial mineral analysis laboratories. You will play a key role in troubleshooting data issues and ensuring accuracy in reporting, enhancing our global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and approve reports prior to client release
• Verify data request accuracy and client communications
• Handle client queries regarding report data effectively
• Identify and report analytical data problems
• Prepare and manage proficiency testing data submissions
Requirements:
• Degree in Geology or relevant Ph.D.
• Proven experience in mineral analysis laboratories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer systems for data management
• Ability to work well both independently and in teams
