In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout processing areas. Your daily tasks will include conducting inspections, participating in audits, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational equipment inspections

• Assist in customer and certification audit preparations

• Conduct pre-op inspections and sampling tasks

• Verify and maintain sanitation records and practices

• Monitor HACCP compliance and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or relevant diploma in Food Science

• Knowledge of HACCP principles and QA processes

• Previous experience in a food QA role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
