Quality Manager

We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Quality Manager.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Leading and maintaining the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Overseeing quality control processes for welding and fabrication operations
• Conducting internal audits and managing external audit coordination
• Implementing root cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Driving Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines
• Managing quality documentation, NCRs, and supplier quality performance
• Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and customer service teams
• Mentoring and training team members on quality standards and procedures

• 5+ years of experience in a Quality Management role within a welding/fabrication or manufacturing environment
• CWB certification is required
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementation
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Proven experience in audit management and quality system oversight

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality software tools

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
