Enhance quality assurance processes with Darling Ingredients as a Product Safety and Quality Assurance Coordinator. This 12-month maternity contract focuses on HACCP programs and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, the coordinator will oversee the site‑specific PSQA program and maintain effective regulatory relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop HACCP program documentation
- Coordinate licenses and permits with stakeholders
- Manage PSQA records for audits
- Prepare and manage internal and third‑party inspections
- Lead site HACCP team meetings and corrective actions
- Degree in Science or Food Science
- Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing
- Understanding of HACCP applications
- Robust organization and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
