Operations Quality Specialist

Position: Operations Quality Specialist Stryker
Drive quality initiatives as an Operations Quality Specialist at Stryker Canada. Focus on ISO standards compliance and contribute to a strong quality management culture.

In this role, you will support Operations in developing quality management systems compliant with both Stryker Corporate and Canadian regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure that quality records meet requisite standards, all while promoting Stryker’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance quality culture

• Act as QA representative on operations projects

• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols

• Participate in identification of process improvements

• Maintain oversight of quality-related documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Engineering, or similar

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Canadian medical device regulations

• Strong computer and project management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
